Placing an Order

Orders of the FIVE SENSES items can be placed via our online shopping cart. When the items and quantities have been confirmed, click "Check-Out". Register as a New Customer or Login as a Returning Customer or Checkout as Guest, and fill out your Contact and Delivery Details.

Once you have paid via PayPal or by Credit Card, your order will be processed immediately.  Once your credit card details have been verified by PayPal, your order will be packed and sent to the provided address.

 

Forms of Payment

FIVE SENSES website processes payments via PayPal and Credit Cards payments via PayPal. The transaction will appear on your PayPal Account or Credit Card Statement as a payment to FIVE SENSES.

All prices on this website are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD$) or U.S. Dollars (USD$). All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at time of the payment confirmed.

Shipping Policy

  • Purchased items will be delivered via Local Courier in Hong Kong or FedEx and TNT Express Globally.

  • Purchased items will be packed and sent out within 3 days and arrive within 3-4 business days (Monday to Saturday) in Hong Kong. When typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted, or when black rain signal is hoisted, the delivery will be arranged to the next working day.

  • International deliveries by FedEx or TNT Express will be assigned a Tracking Number, which will be emailed to your registered email to allow you to keep track of the delivery status.

  • If delivery details are incomplete, the order would not be sent out and our Customer Service representative will have to contact you for complete delivery information.

  • FIVE SENSES will not verify the recipient's identity and bears no responsibility for this.

  • Sender shall be diligent of the recipient country’s import regulation and be aware of any taxes that the recipient shall bear for receiving the products. Five Senses cannot be responsible for any import restrictions or taxes involved from international shipping.

  • P.O. Box address is not accepted.

  • FIVE SENSES is not responsible for damage after delivery.

  • All claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

 

Return Policy

  • To return any items, please contact Customer Service on (852) 2882 7228 or by email cs@fivesenselifestyle.com from Monday to Friday, 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. within 7 days of delivery date.

  • We will issue a product exchange for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 7 days of delivery date.

  • All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by original receipt and an exchanged reference number, which is assigned by our Customer Service.

  • No products may be exchanged if on any sale, used, opened or damaged.

  • Each item can only be exchanged once.

  • Items can only be exchanged and not refunded.

  • International shipment fee will not be refunded.

  • Cost of shipment to return the order will be accounted for by the customer.

  • Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.

  • FIVE SENSES is not responsible for damage after delivery. 

  • All claims for shortages must be reported to Customer Service on the day of delivery. 

  • FIVE SENSES reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

 

Privacy Policy

Absolutely no information posted to our website or entered into a sales form is disclosed to any third party company other than to PayPal for the purposes of purchase validation, and to Local Courier, FedEx or TNT Express for fulfillment for order delivery. Registration details, customer information, purchase information and internet browsing and cookie information will only be kept confidentially by FIVE SENSES for internal usage for website experience improvement, and products, promotions and marketing purposes. Customers may opt out of our registered customers database anytime for us to remove your personal information.

We are always complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong). We will ensure our company's personnel to strictly follow the standards of security and confidentiality.
